The Equipping House partners with churches to help strengthen pastoral care, support individuals facing life challenges, and equip leaders for effective ministry.
We understand that pastors and ministry leaders often carry significant responsibility for counseling, discipleship, and care within their congregation. Our goal is to come alongside the local church and provide Christ-centered resources that support and strengthen the ministry already taking place.
Our Commitment to the Local Church
The Equipping House believes the local church is central to spiritual growth and discipleship. Our role is not to replace pastoral leadership, but to serve as a resource that helps pastors and ministry leaders care for their congregation more effectively.
When working with individuals connected to a church community, we encourage continued involvement in their church and seek to support, not compete with, the ministry of the local church.
