Building Character, Confidence, Leadership, and Purpose

The Teen Boys Mentorship & Life Skills Program provides positive adult guidance, encouragement, and practical instruction to help teenage boys grow in character, confidence, leadership, and personal responsibility.

Through Christ-centered mentorship and structured life-skills development, participants receive support as they navigate adolescence, make important decisions, and prepare for adulthood.

The Equipping House is currently developing this program to serve teenage boys in Fontana and surrounding communities.

What This Program Provides

Positive Mentorship

Supportive adult mentors provide encouragement, accountability, and a consistent positive influence as participants work through personal, academic, family, and social challenges.

Character & Leadership Development

Participants are encouraged to develop integrity, confidence, discipline, healthy decision-making, communication skills, and a stronger sense of purpose.

Practical Life Skills

The program provides age-appropriate guidance in areas such as goal setting, conflict resolution, financial literacy, career readiness, personal responsibility, and healthy relationships.

How It Works

The Teen Boys Mentorship & Life Skills Program is designed to provide a safe, structured, and encouraging environment for teenage boys. Mentorship may be provided through individual guidance, small-group sessions, educational activities, community service, and practical life-skills instruction. The program will focus on helping participants:
